Baja Recovery Software Reports
There are six areas within which Baja can generate reports
. Below is a list of those areas and the reports available
within each:
System:
1. Tracking Template Report - is a list of all entries available
within your tracking template.
2. Client Rate Report - is a list of all Clients in alphabetical
order and each service you provide them and the fees.
3. Agent Contact Report - is a list of all agents in alphabetical
order with address, phone, fax and e-mail address.
4. Collector Contact Report - is a list of Collectors separated
by Client with phone, fax and e-mail address.
5. Closed Summary Report - is a list with the number of closed
cases listed by closing activity, percentages and a graph
within a chosen date range.
6. Police Department List - is a list of Police departments,
the City, State and phone numbers.
Client:
1. Open Case by Collector - is a list of Clients with Collector,
Case name and account number, status, assignment date, last
activity date and tracking entry. Can be run for all or individual
Clients.
2. Active Case by Collector - is a list of Clients with Collector,
Case name and account number, status, assignment date, last
action date and tracking entry. This report include closed
cases that remain active and can be run for all or individual
Clients.
3. Client Activity Report - is a list of Clients with Case
name and account number, status, assignment date and close
date and activity if applicable. This report can be run for
all or individual Clients within a specified date range.
4. Completed Case Report - is a list of Clients, Collector,
Case name, status, assignment date, date completed and closing
activity. This report is run for all Clients within a specified
date range.
Agent:
1. Agent Status Report - is by Agents listing the status,
Client, account number, assigned date, closed date if applicable,
Case name and address as well as the collateral detail. This
can be generated for all or individual Agents for all or individual
status codes.
2. Open Case by Agent - is a list of all Agents, the Case,
the status, assigned date, Map reference, last activity and
the tracking entry.
3. Active Case by Agent - is a list of all Agents, the Case
name, the status, assignment date, last activity and the tracking
entry. This report can include closed cases as long as they
remain active.
4. Closed Cases by Agent - is a list of Agents, Client, Case
name, status, assignment date, date completed and closing
activity. This is generated by either all or individual Agent
within a specified date range.
Case:
1. Case Status Report - is a detailed Report printed by Agent
with Client name, account number, assigned date, Case name,
address and collateral detail. You choose the status and sort
that by Agent, Map Reference, Vehicle or Zip Code.
2. Case List - is a list of all Cases as long as they remain
active, the assignment date, debtor name, account number,
city, vehicle, Client name, status, date billed and date paid.
3. New Case Report - is a list of Clients, collector, case
name, status, assignment date, last activity and tracking
entry. This report is generated for a specified date range.
4. Closed Case Report - is a list of closed cases, the case
ID number, city, vehicle, assigned and closed dates. This
report is generated for a specific date range. This report
is generated for a specified date range.
5. RSIG Insurance Report - is designed for required reporting
to RSIG but can be useful for everyone. This report is generated
for a specified date range.
6. Deficiency Balance Report - was specifically designed
for the needs of a particular Baja Customer.
7. Closing Activity Summary - is a list of each closing activity
the number of cases closed and percentages. This report can
be generated for all or any individual Client and for either
Closed or Opened cases during a specified date range. A helpful
tool to determine your success rate, for your own knowledge
or to point out to your Client!
8. Cold Case Report - is a list of open cases generated by
the number of days they have been open, the assigned date,
debtor name, account number, city, collateral, Client name
and status. You choose a date to generate this report.
9. Completed Repo Report - a list of Case ID number, name,
city, vehicle, date assigned and either closed or repo date.
You choose to generate this report by Closed Date or Repo
Date within a specified date range.
Financial:
1. Unbilled Charge Report - is a list of Clients, case name,
reason closed, date closed, charge date and description, unapproved
amount and approved amount. This is an excellent way to ensure
that you have completed all of your invoices. This can be
generated for all or individual Clients.
2. Unpaid Commission Report - is a list of Agents, Client
name, case name, account number, charge date and description,
unapproved and approved amounts. This can be generated by
all or individual Agents.
3. Aged Receivable Report - is a list of all Clients and
the amounts due broken down by 0-30 Days, 31-60 Days, 61-90
Days and Over 90 Days with a Total Due in the last column.
4. Aged Receivable Detail - is a detailed list of all Clients,
with same date ranges as the report above except that it also
lists all outstanding invoice numbers, invoice date, amount
due under each column and the Total Due in the last column
as well as a Report Total at the end.
5. Invoice History Report - is a list of ALL invoices (paid
and unpaid), the date, Client name and amount. This is generated
by all or individual Clients and specified date range.
6. Statement of Account - gives you the ability to run individual
or all Client statements within a specified date range.
7. Commission Summary - includes the Agent name, payment
ID number, date commission summary was generated, check number,
check date and amount. This can be run for all or individual
Agents within a specified date range.
8. Sales Tax Summary - is a list of dates billed, invoice
number, charge amount, tax amount and total amount billed.
This is run by Accrual or Cash Accounting based methods and
by specified date range.
Updates:
1. Collector Update - is a list of each Case name, status,
assignment date, account number and tracking notes within
a specified date range. A Collector folder must be open to
run this report and includes each active Case for that Collector.
2. Case Update - is a list run by Case, while the Case folder
is open and includes the Case name, status, assignment date,
account number and tracking notes as well as the Client and
Collector names.
The bottom portion of the Report drop down includes three
reports that can be run while a particular Case folder is
open. The Condition Report can also be run from the Vehicle
Tab of the Case folder and the Repossession Order from the
General Tab. The Fax Cover Sheet can also be run from the
Company Forms window, this being a handy short cut!
